  1. We will review your application and respond within 48 hours to confirm there are no conflicts with your camp date and location.
  2. Once confirmed, you will be good to submit official details of your camp. Details include your exact dates, fields and location info, director info, etc. This is information I would start working to confirm ASAP so we can officially launch your camp registration.
  3. At this point optional Zoom sessions will be made available specifically for coaches to be able to ask questions prior to submitting your camp. We will also host Zoom’s prior to the Summer for camp walkthroughs and final preparation.
  4. Once your camp details are officially submitted, we will put together your camp flyer and marketing, website landing page and registration to get your camp launched and ready to promote in your community.
