Week-long and summer day camps with knowledgeable flag football coaches where your camper will learn skills related to the sport, speed and agility, sportsmanship and more! Enjoy a variety or developments drills, games and scrimmages in a safe, fun environment!

SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Below is an example of what a typical full-day schedule could look like. Each camp may be different and modified to each directors preferences. Many camps are condensed into a half day.
- 8:45am - Athletes arrive and check-in
- 9:00am - Stretches and Warm-Ups
- 9:30am - Offensive Position Training & Drills
- 10:30am - Defensive Position Training & Drills
- 11:00am - Skills Competitions
- 11:30am - Lunch & Break
- 12:30pm - Offense/Defense Review
- 1:30pm - Scrimmages and Games
- 3:00pm - Athletes Depart
